2.Endometriosis

3.Dysmenorrhea
Dysmenorrhea refers to painful menstrual cramps that may occur either just before or during menstruation. 
Symptoms:
-Cramping or throbbing pain in lower abdomen
-Pain radiating to lower back and thighs
-Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or headaches during menstruation
Management:
-Pain relief: you should take medicines like Brufen to reduce the pain.
-Heat therapy: Applying a heating pad or warm bath can help relax your muscles and relieve pain such as cramps.
-Hormonal birth control pills  can reduce the severity of cramps.
-Lifestyle changes: Regular physical activity, stress management, and a balanced diet.
